The R&W Chatswood Owner portal gives you 24/7 access to information relating to your property including: current financial status of your property, all historical statements and related bills, all legal documentation related to the tenancy, inspection reports and photographs, financial activity graphs and any outstanding jobs, inspections or invoices.
First Time Accessing Your Owner Portal
Your initial invitation to the portal has been sent, it would be an email containing a link to the Owner Portal. The link is also included on all emails containing your end of month statements.

The Owner Portal link will take you to the activation page and prompt you to create a password.
Accessing Your Property Portal After you have activated
Once your account is activated you can access your online property portal anytime at www.propertyme.com.au by using your User Name (email address) and password.
Tip: If you have multiple properties that you would like to link to a common portal, click the Owner Portal link on each property statement email and login using the same email and password.
Trouble Shooting Access to Your Property Portal
If you forget your password at any stage, just click the Forgotten Password link.
